Two analytics tools run on every page, and both of them measure traffic rather than people.

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Google Analytics 4 was added in October 2026. It does set cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_F5Y4G6TKQ5, and it reports page views, rough location at city level, and which site or search sent you here. It loads after the page has rendered, so it has no effect on what you read.

Neither tool is used for advertising, and nothing here builds a profile of you or follows you to other sites.

Asking for the Buyer Guide or the Seller Guide is the only place this site collects anything about you by name. The form takes two things: your name and your email address.

When you submit it, that request is emailed straight to me at josh.myers@windermere.com, by way of a sending service called Resend. There is no database behind it and nothing is saved on the server after the message is sent. The copy that persists is the one in my inbox, and a delivery record held by Resend as the service that carried it.

I use that address to send the guide and to follow up once. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not passed to anyone else. Reply to any message and ask me to delete it, and I will.

Every other way to reach me on this site is a plain link that opens your own email program or dialler. Clicking one does not send me anything by itself, and nothing is collected until you choose to write or call. The analytics above do count that a link was clicked, but not who clicked it.

There are no user accounts, no logins and no database of visitors. Nothing here uses advertising or retargeting pixels, and no data is sold or traded. There is no live property search, so nothing is tracking what homes you look at.

The only cookies set by this site are the two Google Analytics ones named above. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google’s own opt-out add-on. Everything on the site works normally with them blocked, because nothing here depends on them.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, as any web host does. Those logs are Vercel’s and are used to serve and protect the site.

Write to josh.myers@windermere.com or call 310.430.5003 and ask what I have, or ask me to delete it. In practice the answer is usually one email in my inbox.
